All casino games available on the xz666 platform use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. xz666 does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are determined by the certified RNG.
In the event of a technical malfunction or software error affecting a game round, xz666 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the member's account. Bets already accepted and confirmed prior to suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated under applicable void bet rules.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the xz666 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: xz666 reserves the right to withhold all funds in an account where prohibited conduct is suspected, pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, all account balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities in accordance with xz666's international gaming licence obligations.
xz666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where: the member has breached these Terms; the member has provided false registration information; xz666 is required to do so by its regulatory obligations; or xz666 has reason to suspect fraudulent or criminal activity associated with the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the member, any confirmed balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method subject to applicable verification requirements.
Members may close their xz666 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding confirmed balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the member's registered payment method. Members who close their account voluntarily may re-register subject to standard eligibility requirements, unless the closure was initiated under xz666's self-exclusion programme.
Members who wish to self-exclude from the xz666 platform may do so via the Responsible Gaming tools available within their account settings. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months. During the self-exclusion period, xz666 will take all reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by the excluded member. In all cases, xz666's maximum aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
xz666 collects, stores, and processes personal data about its members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at xz666.org/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with xz666, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
